About the Job
To manage the daily operational tasks related to Retail Expansion, Invoice Bookings and System Updates
Key Responsibilities
The position is responsible for Key Account management & Post Delivery complaints.
1) Ensuring Vehicle Alignments as per the schedule for Retail expansion.
2) Daily Tracking and POD Record Keeping adherence.
3) Flagging Variance, Resolution Coordination with all retail store for Forward and Return Movements.
4) SAP handling and Invoice bookings.
5) Tracking of Provisional Amount, Invoice Booking & Clearance, CN Updates
Role Requirements
Experience across logistics operational elements in the supply chain management (First Mile, Middle Mile and Last mile operations)
Proficient in Advanced MS Excel
Performance Management
Communication Proficiency
