About the Job
Job Purpose
This role plays a pivotal role in driving significant business growth of the SCF book in designated geographies. Responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy, achieving targeted AUM and revenue targets, building a meaningful team strategically to cover the geography and fostering strong
customer relationships.
Key Accountabilities & Support Actions
Sales, Revenue & Relationship Management.
Monitor sales performance across the Geography and implement strategies to achieve assigned AUM and revenue targets.
Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities for Anchor tie-ups and meaningful business
Ensure efficient collection of all dues and managing healthy portfolio
Ensuring smooth Anchor on-boarding and relationship management
Ensure effective customer onboarding and foster long- term client relationships across the geography
Work collaboratively with your Team and the Anchor Team to build strong relationships with key target customers.
Sales Strategy
Develop and implement a geography level sales strategy aligned with company objectives.
Set clear sales targets for your Geography and hold your team accountable for achieving them.
Recruit, onboard, and provide ongoing coaching and mentorship high-performing team of Sales /Relationship
